Ellis brings over 30 years in digital transformation across banking, strategy consulting, technology manufacturing and startups, with roles at Mashreq Bank, McKinsey & Company, Alibaba, Google, ASUS and Intel. He founded and led three startups across the UAE, the United States, China, Singapore and Taiwan as CIO, CTO and CEO. He also served on the executive and advisory board of the private office of Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum in Dubai, leading digital strategy in crypto neobanking and urban air mobility.

Ellis has walked every path YUDA researches and analyzes. Seven years living in Dubai; one year in Bali — from settling in, living and buying property, to local regulation, tax and the professional-services ecosystem, he has been through each process himself rather than assembling second-hand material. On the doctoral side, he is himself an AI doctoral candidate at Golden Gate University in San Francisco — the same university YUDA advises on, so he is working through the application, school selection, coursework and research alongside clients. On the AI side, he leads development of the G8.AI property data platform, turning the research method he uses himself into a working product. Practice first, then advise — that is the basis of YUDA's research-driven, cross-border approach.

Anfisa is a versatile professional with international experience across real estate, public relations, marketing, content creation, product management and entrepreneurship. She holds a degree in Public Relations from the Hydrometeorological University and has worked in Russia, the United States, China, Italy, Japan and the UAE — a background that shapes how she reads different markets, cultures and the needs of global clients.

At YUDA Consulting she is responsible for international business development, client relationship management, sales strategy and market expansion.
