Hand over the cross-border part.
The client relationship stays with you.
Your clients ask you questions outside your practice — but they still ask you first.
YUDA focuses on three things: an accredited US doctorate taken while working, AI-verified assessment of international property, and residency eligibility assessment and referral. What they have in common is that the information sits with regulators and licensed firms in several countries, is expensive to verify, and carries liability if you get it wrong. This page sets out our scope, the regulatory limits, what happens after a referral, and how we work together.
When your clients need us
These are referrals that have actually happened. The pattern is the same: the client trusts you, the question is outside your practice, and you would rather they did not go looking for an unknown broker.
ACCOUNTANTS · TAX ADVISERS
"I bought a property overseas — how do I report it here?"
They already bought, or are about to. You can handle the filing, but what they really want to know is whether the data behind that asset holds up and how the local holding structure should be set. We do the data checks and structure comparison; the filing stays with you.
PRIVATE BANKING · WEALTH MANAGEMENT
"I want part of my assets in overseas real assets."
The client wants geographic diversification, but property is not on your shelf and you cannot advise on an individual asset. We provide market-level research and transaction-level checks, so the client comes back to you with evidence you can both look at.
EXECUTIVE SEARCH · HR CONSULTING
"The role requires a doctorate, but I can't stop working."
The candidate is blocked on credentials, or the client cannot find anyone who qualifies. An accredited US doctorate taken while working is one route, but entry requirements, structure, credits and timeline have to be laid out. We lay them out; the candidate decides.
EDUCATION & SCHOOL PLACEMENT ADVISERS
"We may have to relocate for the children's schooling."
The family is really deciding three things: the school, the residency status, and where they will live. You handle the school; we handle the eligibility comparison on the other two and refer to licensed firms where required.
What we do, and what we do not
This is the most important section. A referral puts your reputation behind us, so the boundary has to be explicit — including what we are not allowed to do.
WE DO
- Build eligibility comparisons from official notices and public sources (admission criteria, residency conditions, market rules)
- Verify transaction-level records and label the source, the date and the uncertainty
- Go on site: handover quality, amenities, nearby supply — and correct the analysis with what we see
- 1-on-1 consultations: clarify the objective, the tolerable time and liquidity, and which conditions simply do not hold locally
- Refer to licensed local firms wherever a licence is required, with the client contracting that firm directly
- Keep you updated, and provide a written summary within whatever the client agrees to
WE DO NOT
- Broker or market any specific property, or take a cut of a transaction price
- Give investment advice, recommend assets, or forecast or guarantee any return
- Handle immigration or residency applications, charge agency fees, or guarantee any approval
- Promise admission, guarantee acceptance, or write application documents for anyone
- Provide tax or legal opinions — those stay with you, or with the client's own lawyer and accountant
- Buy lists, or approach your client without your agreement
Registered scope: YUDA Consulting is registered as a management consultancy. It is not a licensed real estate agency, not a securities investment consulting enterprise, and not a licensed immigration agency. Everything we produce is research, data verification and eligibility comparison; none of it constitutes investment advice, legal opinion or tax opinion. Anything that requires one of those licences is passed to a qualified local firm, with which the client contracts directly.
What happens after a referral
Predictable throughout, no black box. You can stop it at any point.
You brief us first
One call or one email describing the situation and what you want us to handle. The client does not need to be present, and we do not need their personal data at this stage.
We come back on feasibility
Within one business day: whether we can handle it, roughly how long, and which parts must go to a licensed firm. If it is not a fit we say so, rather than taking it on first and working it out later.
1-on-1 assessment
You make the introduction, or we book directly with the client — your call. The first session is for clarification, not closing. You are welcome to sit in.
Written summary back to you
Within whatever the client agrees to, we send you a one-page summary so you know their next step, instead of waiting for them to tell you.
The client decides
Whether to go further is theirs. No deadline pressure, no chasing. If they stop, the relationship returns to you and their data is handled as agreed.
What stays yours
The real concern in a referral was never the fee — it is whether the client gets taken. These points go into the agreement.
- The client relationship is yours. We do not introduce YUDA's other services to your client without your agreement.
- You set your level of involvement. Sit in on everything, or take only the written summary and run the conversation yourself.
- You stay informed. Material progress does not reach the client before it reaches you.
- You can stop it at any time. At any stage you can ask us to end contact with that client.
- No cross-selling. Your clients never enter a marketing list of ours.
The three core services, briefly
The partner version: what we are responsible for, and what gets delivered.
CORE 1
US doctorate while working
YUDA is Golden Gate University's enrolment partner in Taiwan. We lay out entry requirements, structure, credits and timeline so a working professional can judge whether it fits, and which DBA fits.

CORE 2
AI-verified international property
Dubai, Singapore and Bali judged separately. Transaction-level checks, sourced and dated, corrected by site visits. We went through purchase, letting and the Golden Visa ourselves as buyers before running the analysis.

CORE 3
Residency pathway assessment
Singapore PR and UAE Golden Visa conditions compiled from ICA, EDB and GDRFA Dubai notices, so residency sits inside the client's decision. No agency service, no guarantee of approval.

How we work together
We prefer a handful of long-term partners over a volume of one-off referrals. A written agreement comes first, setting out scope, data handling and compensation.
Written agreement first
Referral scope, ownership of the client relationship, data handling, confidentiality and compensation are all set out in writing, not left to an understanding.
Compensation by service type
Fee structures differ by service, so arrangements are discussed individually. Where a regulated activity is involved we take legal advice before agreeing anything.
It goes both ways
Our clients also need cross-border tax, legal, recruitment and education planning. Once we are working together, those needs go to partners first.
Start with something small
No long contract to begin with. Most partners send one real case first, watch how it is handled, and decide after that.
Questions we get asked
If I refer someone, will you take the client?
The agreement states that the client relationship belongs to the referring party. We do not introduce YUDA's other services to that client without your agreement, and they do not enter any marketing list. You can end it at any stage.
I'm an accountant or a lawyer — does a referral create a professional conduct issue?
That depends on your own professional body, and we will not make that judgement for you. Check your body's rules on referrals and compensation before signing. We can adapt the agreement, including making it a plain introduction with no compensation at all.
Will you give my client investment advice?
No. YUDA is not a securities investment consulting enterprise. Everything we produce is research, data verification and eligibility comparison, with sources and uncertainty marked. The judgement and the decision stay with the client.
On residency and visas — are you an immigration agency?
No. YUDA is not a licensed immigration agency: no agency service, no agency fees, no guarantee of approval. We do eligibility comparison and decision integration. Filing is handled by a qualified local firm with which the client contracts directly.
How is my client's data handled?
The first feasibility conversation needs no client data at all. At the 1-on-1 stage the client submits it themselves and ticks the consent clause. Purpose, retention and deletion are set out in the privacy policy and repeated in the agreement.
Can I see how you actually work first?
Yes. The Events page records the sessions and problems we have actually handled, from handovers in Dubai to confirming rules in Singapore. You are also welcome to book a 60-minute AI executive seminar and judge how we work from how we handle a subject.
Start with 30 minutes
No preparation needed and no case required. Describe the question you hit most often that sits outside your practice, and we will tell you how we would handle it.
