The requirements for Singapore permanent residence and the Dubai Golden Visa are set out in the regulators' published rules. What YUDA does is assessment and referral: work out first whether the conditions hold, then hand the client to a locally licensed institution for the application itself.
The application itself must be handled by an institution qualified in that jurisdiction. YUDA's role is to do the eligibility assessment up front, and to confirm that the institution we refer to genuinely holds the licence to practise there.
