2. What personal data we collect
This website collects personal data only when you actively complete a consultation booking form. It comprises:
- Identity and contact data: name, name as in passport, mobile number (with country code), email address, country/region
- Occupational data: company or organization name, current position
- Inquiry data: the service or degree you are interested in, which category describes you, your market of interest, your current stage, team or assets under management, highest qualification, your preferred appointment date and time, event registration details (number of attendees, session preference and similar), the research documents you request, and any notes you choose to add (optional)
- Source data: the referrer and campaign parameters by which you reached this website (captured automatically for performance analysis)
The identity, contact and occupational data are required fields on each form; the inquiry data varies with the form and context. Your name as in passport is used to check the spelling against later degree applications, visas and cross-border service documents, so it must match your passport exactly.
You do not need to provide any personal data in order to browse this website. If you browse without completing a form, we do not obtain your name or contact details.
3. Purpose of collection and legal basis
In accordance with Article 8 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, we disclose the following:

4. Third-party services
To deliver our services this website uses the following third-party services, which process your data:
- Google Forms / Google Sheets (Google LLC): booking form data is stored in a Google account managed by the Company. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
- Resend (Resend, Inc.): we use this service to email the content you submit to our internal advisors; the message passes through their servers. Their privacy policy applies: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Google Fonts (Google LLC): loads web fonts; in the process your IP address is received by Google.
- Hostinger: this website's hosting and content delivery provider, which keeps access logs as a matter of routine.
When you contact us through LINE, WhatsApp or email, that platform will also handle your data under its own privacy policy.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
This website currently has no third-party advertising or behavioral analytics cookies installed (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). Should we introduce any, we will update this policy and say so clearly on the site.
6. Your rights
Under Article 3 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you may exercise the following rights in respect of the personal data we hold about you:
- Inquire about or request to review it
- Request a copy
- Request supplementation or correction
- Request that we stop collecting, processing or using it
- Request deletion

7. Data security
This website transmits over HTTPS. Your data is stored in a Google account managed by the Company, with access controlled by account permissions. Transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure; the Company will protect your data with reasonable technical and organizational measures.
8. Minors
Our services are intended for adult professionals. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please use this website with the consent and supervision of your legal guardian.
