1. About the Company
Yuda International Asset Consulting Co., Ltd., Taiwan Unified Business No. 60336428, registered at 37F, No. 7, Sec. 5, Xinyi Rd., Xinyi District, Taipei. Registered business scope: information software services, electronic information supply services, management consulting, general investment consulting, and non-store retail.
2. Scope of services and the limits of our business
The services the Company provides are advisory, research and information analysis, specifically:
- Advice on overseas higher-education pathways and on the application process
- International property market research and opportunity assessment for overseas markets such as Dubai and Bali
- Development and provision of the G8.AI property data analytics software
- Helping clients connect with licensed local property, legal, tax and related professional firms
The following are expressly outside the Company's scope of services:
- The Company is not a licensed real estate broker. It does not act as an intermediary or agent in, or market, the sale or purchase of real estate, and it takes no brokerage commission. Any property transaction is contracted and carried out directly between you and a licensed local institution.
- The Company is not a securities investment consulting enterprise. It does not provide investment advice, recommendations or discretionary management in respect of securities, futures, funds, trusts or virtual assets.
- The Company does not provide legal advice, tax filing or accounting attestation services. Where these arise, the Company only introduces professionals qualified to practice locally.
- The Company acts only as an enrollment partner for the institutions concerned; admission is decided by each institution against its own criteria, and the Company gives no guarantee of admission.
3. Nature of the information, and disclaimer
The market information, data, charts, scenario calculations and analysis on this website are for general reference only and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any offer or invitation to make an offer.
Property and other assets can fall as well as rise in value, and past performance does not indicate future results. Exchange rates, local regulation, tax regimes and political conditions can all change and affect outcomes. 4. The G8.AI software
G8.AI is a data analytics tool developed by the Company. Its output consists of estimates generated from public market data and model assumptions; no warranty is given as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and it does not constitute investment advice. Users must reach their own judgment and are responsible for their own decisions.
5. Booking a consultation
After you submit a booking through a form on this website, the Company will contact you within one business day to confirm. Submitting a form does not create a booking; it is complete only once the Company has confirmed it. The Company reserves the right to decline or reschedule where slots conflict or the request falls outside our scope of services.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, charts, code, trademarks and other content of this website are, unless otherwise marked, owned by or licensed to the Company. They may not be reproduced, adapted, publicly transmitted or used commercially without the Company's prior written consent. When quoting, please cite the source and link back to this website.
